Imagine a few days and nights away from family, away from work, from the chores and enjoying some time just for you, surrounded by other like-minded women in a beautiful, relaxing setting surrounded by nature.

This is what I create at my Revive & Recharge retreats that I’ve been running for over 3 years.

Revive & Recharge Day Retreat 

I’m excited to be running a mini half day retreat near Bath for women over 40 who’d like to reconnect with themselves and spend time really relaxing and recharging their batteries.

I haven’t been that relaxed for months

 
Just being outdoors in an unpolluted, natural environment will do wonders for your physical and mental health.

 
 

Imagine you wake up feeling refreshed and relaxed..

..nothing to do except join in the gentle morning movement session followed by a tasty, nutritious breakfast that is prepared by a top chef and you can peacefully sit and enjoy it whilst chatting with like-minded women.

The mornings on retreat may include inspiring and informative workshops on nutrition, mindset and lifestyle or we may be outdoors enjoying the fresh-air on a beautiful, countryside walk.

 
 
 
 
 

There is always plenty of free time scheduled in so you can just sit and read a book, enjoy a massage or have a snooze.

More delicious, nourishing food awaits at lunch and dinner and relaxing stretch, breathing and meditation is also an integral part of your time with Zita. This is not a fasting, detox retreat however you are very likely to return home feeling less bloated, supercharged with mental clarity, physical energy and glowing skin. 

I love seeing how just 3 or 4 days away can really make a huge difference to how women feel and the friendships made on retreat really do last a long time.
