Fab at 50

Zita celebrates her 50th Birthday

It's taken a week to really sink in that I have turned 50 and possibly starting the new phase of my life - an exciting one despite the perimenopause, menopause and all the other fun stuff that lies ahead!

The older I get the more confident I become and the more I can look back on what I have achieved and think wow - not sure I'd have that much energy to do it all again, however I do still have the same passion to help more women to feel great and now my focus is to be fabulous at 50 and beyond so I can continue to help other women who want to feel full of Zest for life, happy and healthy.

And here is a little list of all the ways you can also feel great

  • Get enough sleep - it should be more of a priority than many of us make it

  • Hydrate your body - roughly 70% of our body is made of fluid so let's support it

  • Move your body every day - even if it just some stretching

  • Get outdoors in daylight every day - in nature if possible, it helps reset your body clock

  • Nourish your body with natural foods - that leave your feeling good, processed food rarely does that - come join my free Zest for Life Facebook group if you'd like inspiration

  • Turn off the phone/social media etc as much as possible and do something that uplifts you maybe crafts, getting outdoors, playing with pets, calling a friend

  • Surround yourself with positive people who lift you up, and avoid too much news as that doesn't lift your spirits

There are other things but this is a good start so hope it helps you
